Kitchen Manager
Lead our kitchen operations and ensure every dion's pizza that leaves the line meets our exacting quality standards. You'll manage kitchen staff scheduling, maintain food safety compliance, oversee inventory, and work directly with our head chef to refine and execute our menu. This is a leadership role that requires both culinary expertise and strong people management skills.
- 3+ years of kitchen management or supervisory experience in a restaurant environment
- Food Handler Certification and knowledge of health & safety regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with inventory management and cost control

Pizza Chef / Line Cook
Craft the dions pizza experience from scratch. You'll be responsible for preparing our signature pies, managing toppings and dough prep, and keeping the line running efficiently during peak service hours. We welcome passionate food lovers who take pride in their craft — whether you're a seasoned cook or looking to develop your culinary skills with hands-on training from our team.
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred (training provided for motivated candidates)

Front of House Supervisor
As Front of House Supervisor at dions, you'll be the face of our guest experience — overseeing service staff, handling reservations and customer inquiries, and ensuring every visit to our Albuquerque location exceeds expectations. You'll coordinate with the kitchen team, manage POS systems, and maintain the welcoming atmosphere that dion's pizza is known for throughout New Mexico.
- 2+ years of customer service or restaurant floor management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic administrative tasks

Delivery Driver
Bring the dion's pizza experience directly to our customers' doors. As a Delivery Driver for dions, you'll represent our brand in the community, ensure timely and accurate deliveries, and provide a warm, professional experience that keeps customers coming back. Mileage reimbursement, tips, and flexible scheduling make this one of the most rewarding roles on our team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle and current auto insurance
- Familiarity with Albuquerque and surrounding delivery areas
- Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor
Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
Help tell the dions story online. You'll manage social media channels, create compelling content about dion's pizza and our community, run email campaigns, coordinate promotions, and track performance analytics. This hybrid role is perfect for a creative storyteller who loves food, community, and digital marketing equally.
- 1–3 years of social media management or digital marketing experience
- Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Strong writing skills and a creative eye for brand-consistent content
- Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and analytics platforms
- Genuine passion for food, hospitality, and local community engagement
